This holiday home for 8 persons has four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a television and a central heating. In addition there is garden furniture, a balcony, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a Internet connection and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop (induction), a microwave, a waterboiler, a toaster, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and an oven.

Linen

In the holiday home you will find bathroom textiles and bed linnen.

The holiday home is located in Ispra, just a few steps away from the sparkling shores of Lake Maggiore. There are also bike rentals and riding stables nearby, convenient for those traveling with children or for those who want to explore this picturesque town on their own.

Inside, the 4-bedroom holiday apartment offers a light and airy living room with ample seating, a large Smart TV and seating for 10 at the dining table. This area has direct access to a sun-drenched balcony with partial lake views where you can find some privacy with your loved one. The apartment’s separate kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare family meals or lunches for a large group. A dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and coffee machine are at guests’ disposal in the holiday apartment. Laundry and ironing facilities are also available for convenient longer stays on Lake Maggiore.

There are many ways to immerse yourself in Ispra’s scenic lakeside location and nature. A 7-10 minute drive away is the picturesque Gulf of Quassa with a number of hiking trails and the Passeggiata dell’Amore. The wildlife park, Sabbie d’Oro, is just 5 minutes from here and the tranquil Lungalago of Ispra is 7 minutes away. To refresh yourself in the waters near the lake, Lido di Ispra is the place to be! But if you want to try your hand at putting, Golf dei Laghi is a 12 minute drive from here. For day trips, the towns of Stresa, with easy connections for skiing on the slopes of Mottarone, are an hour’s drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
