The holiday home is situated on 'via Belvedere' which occupies an elevated position approximately 800 metres from the centre of Ispra (2 minutes drive). The well-equipped resort offers a range of local amenities to enhance a self-catering stay including supermarkets, a bakery, a wide choice of restaurants, ice cream parlours, bars and a lakeside beach. From Ispra the famous monastery of 'Santa Caterina del Sasso' and the well-connected resort of Laveno-Mombello (with its train station and ferry service to Stresa and Verbania) are 14-21 minutes drive away.

Inside, a spacious and functional layout provides a comfortable setting for 2 couples and flexible groups. The inviting open plan living area features a timeless sitting area with flat screen TV, a dining area and double patio doors, which open out onto a covered balcony terrace with a plastic dining set. From the living area, two steps lead up to an adjoining fully equipped kitchen, with serving hatch. Two very spacious double bedrooms (1 with balcony access) are accompanied by a full shower room with washing machine.

Outside there is a lovely private garden with stone barbecue which complements the outdoor dining area on the covered balcony. The apartment enjoys a peaceful setting on the hillside of Lake Maggiore, overlooking the holiday complex. The seasonal adult swimming pool with child-friendly paddling pool are both 300 metres away (up to 4 free pool passes are provided for guest use).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
