Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 4 induction hot plates, Gas stove, toaster, microwave) with small dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs (2). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 2 km, railway station "Colico" 12 km, pebble beach "Gera Lario" 1.4 km, grass beach "Hotel 'Le 5 Case'" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
