General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a single sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a garden, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

The apartment welcomes guests with a large and bright living room with large windows, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, flat screen TV, fan, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. From the living room, through a French door, you can access the garden terrace, furnished with a table and comfortable armchairs to relax in the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, fan and access to the garden terrace through a French door, from which guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake.

Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe located in the corridor. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.

Guests have at their disposal amenities such as free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board and heating.

Guests can also use the wonderful swimming pool with lake view and the parking space located outside the complex.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
