In addition there is a swimming pool, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot (for rent). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a fridge and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

Located in Gardone Riviera, in the "Villini Al Vittoriale" complex with shared pool, close to the main attractions, 2-room apartment with terrace for a family holiday for up to 4 people!

This holiday apartment, equipped with free internet connection, welcomes guests with the bright living room with sofa bed for 2 people, flat screen TV, table with chairs and a separate fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, juicer and toaster.

The living room has access to the private terrace of the apartment, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners and for moments of relaxation.

This beautiful apartment is completed by the master bedroom with double bed, closet and access to the terrace of the apartment and by the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

Guests can park the car in the private garage of the apartment.

A second car can be parked in the private parking lot of the residence.

The pool of the complex is open from May 1st to September 30th.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
