In the hamlet Dosso Faino with 10 houses 5.7 km from the centre of Morbegno, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position on a slope, 20 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods, south facing position. Private: property 2'000 m2, large garden (not fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. 1.1 km long bumpy, steep motor access to the house (via unmade road, mountain road). Parking at the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
