For shared use: property 2'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Narrow motor access to the house. Parking. Grocery, bar, bus stop 300 m. Golf course 15 km, tennis 7 km, riding stable 7 km. Nearby attractions: Argegno 16 km, Lugano 22 km, Menaggio 18 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Como 15 km. Please note: car recommended. Private mooring (extra) on request. The buoy costs 20€ per day.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
