The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is fitness equipment, a swimming pool (private), a patio, a table tennis table, an air conditioner, a tennis court and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 large room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, shower/bidet/WC and TV. Exit to the garden, to the swimming pool. Terrace, large patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (6). Marvellous view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher. No internal connecting door between the floors. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use.

There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Belvedere in Casnate con Bernate you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
