In the centre of Pietrabruna, 9 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 9 km from the sea, 6 km of lagoon. Motor access to 50 m from the house. 50 m stepped path to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop 100 m, restaurant 7 km, bakery 100 m, café 100 m, bus stop 200 m, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 10 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 9 km, children's playground.
