Beautiful, cosy single-family house "Ciappai", 500 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and vineyards. 300 m from the centre of Pietrabruna, 10 km from the centre of San Lorenzo al Mare, 16 km from the centre of Imperia, in a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (6 x 3 m, depth 110 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.). 300 m long bumpy, steep, narrow motor access to the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
