High on the hillside, overlooking the small town of Ospedaletti and its glorious bay. The apartment is in a quiet area, just a 6-minute drive from the heart of the town. The closest airport is Nice (France) which is a 55-minute drive.

The apartment is on the third floor of a modern development, sleeps 4 people, and has a shaded balcony with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea. It has a living/dining room with French windows onto the balcony, a sofa, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, oven, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine.

Ospedaletti is famous for its mild climate and pure air, offering beautiful beaches with pristine water and many different activities. The nearby town of Sanremo (15 minutes away) is well-known for the Sanremo Music Festival held in late February or early March. Ospedaletti also has a weekly market on Wednesdays where you can buy local olive oil, cheeses, wines, vegetables, and fruit.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
