For shared use: 2 swimming pools (50 x 20 m, depth 50 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. and 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2). In the house: restaurant, bar, lift. There is a lake/open water less than 20 meter. You can also relax, because near Bolla sul Mare in Ospedaletti you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
