This elegant three-room apartment overlooks the square and pedestrian streets of the historic center of La Spezia and consists of two bedrooms with two double beds, kitchen, living room with sofa convertible into a double bed. This three-room apartment is located on the third floor (with lift) and has all the comforts of a modern home: washing machine, iron, hairdryer, central heating, air conditioning in all rooms, TV. The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. There are two bathrooms: one ensuite with a bathtub, the other with a shower. In the bedrooms there are also two additional pull-out beds, wardrobe and bedside tables. The apartment is located in the historic center of Spezia, the windows overlook Corso Cavour, pedestrian but lively. The train station and ferry terminal are just a 5-minute walk away.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
