General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner and a set of garden furniture and there are two swimming pools. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a bidet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot (for rent).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a dishwasher.

In the middle of an olive grove, on a plot of almost 1.8 hectares with a beautiful garden and a wonderful view of the sea and the surrounding hills. The heart of the complex are the two outdoor pools, where you can refresh yourself wonderfully. For the beach visit you can from 01.06.-30.09. use the free beach shuttle (advance notice required), which runs twice a day (except Saturdays and Sundays). In the low season this is only offered on request. The pretty Italian port city of Imperia is the capital of the province of the same name and originally consisted of two towns that grew together. Porto Maurizio, the more original part of the city with its cozy old town with many pretty streets and old houses, and Oneglia with the modern port, from where various excursions start. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The deposit must be paid in cash. WIFI only in the reception area.

There is a lake/open water less than 3,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Holiday resort Villa Giada, Imperia - Type E in Imperia you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
