Cogoleto is a picturesque coastal town situated on the Ligurian Riviera, nestled between Genoa and Savona in northwestern Italy.

This delightful condominium is just a 2-minute walk from the sea. On the western edge of the popular seaside resort of Cogoleto, it is the perfect base for a fun-packed beach holiday, with more besides.

For self-catering Cogoleto’s weekly market (Thursday) is a treasure trove of local produce, which you can then enjoy back home. Otherwise, there are many smaller shops and supermarkets within less than 5 minutes from the residence.

A row of four stylish ground-floor apartments, connected by a paved terrace and just 100 meters from the beach, offers comfortable accommodation for up to 16 people. Perfect for friends or families who want to holiday together while maintaining independence and privacy.Each unit features double glass doors leading into the kitchen/diner area. These areas are furnished with a dining table for four and a newly fitted, well-equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, and coffee machine. In some apartments, the living area with a sofa is integrated into this space, while in others, the sofa and flat-screen TV are separated from the kitchen by a large wardrobeSleeping arrangements
Each apartment has a master bedroom which is divided from the living area by storage and furnished with a double bed.
Extra: The sofas in the living rooms convert into a comfortable double bed.

Bathroom
There is a stylish bathroom in each unit, with a glass shower, basin, bidet and WC.

The resort of Cogoleto is known for its 3km of well-equipped beach. There are several different bathing areas, with restaurants, sun loungers, changing rooms and some have swimming pools. However, it has much more to offer than the beach. The historic centre, with charming paved streets and small squares, is home to many excellent restaurants as well as the Casa di Cristoforo Colombo museum, which takes visitors back in time.

For visitors who want to explore more of the coast, there is a bicycle rental base just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. And, the Lungomare Europa hiking route which links Cogoleto and Varazze (5km to the west) is on the doorstep.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
