Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC. 2 rooms, each room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. 1 double bedroom. 2 showers/bidet/WC. Heating, gas heating (extra). Panoramic view of the valley. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net. Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.
Cosy, comfortable villa "Farfa", 400 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, detached, built in 1990, renovated in 2007, surrounded by trees and fields. 3 km from the centre of Salisano, 6 km from the centre of Poggio Mirteto, 8 km from the centre of Castel Nuovo Farfa, in a quiet position. Private: park 2'000 m2, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, parking on the premises. Grocery 6 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 6 km, bar 6 km, railway station "Poggio Mirteto" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Fara in Sabina 13 km, Rieti 33 km, Cascata Delle Marmore 40 km, Roma 55 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
