Kitchen-/living room (4 induction hot plates, kettle, microwave) with 1 sofabed and gas heating. Shower/WC. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Suitable for families.

Private: terraced garden, parking at the house, public parking 2 m on the road. Grocery, bar, bus stop 200 m, railway station "TrenoPomezia-Santa Palomba" 13 km, sandy beach 1 m. Sports harbour 10 km. Nearby attractions: Spiaggia di Rio Torto 100 m, Zoo Marine water park 1 km, Arenile dei Pescatori 1.2 km, Parco Regionale dellAppia Antica 12 km, Roma 40 km. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Airfield 4 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
