On The Beach

General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders) and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner, a terrace, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Upper floor: 3 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Bath/bidet/WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed, bath/bidet/WC and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Very modern, comfortable 2-family house "On The Beach". 4 km from the centre of Formia, in a sunny position, 30 m from the sea, direct access to the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: large garden 200 m2 (fenced). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Grocery 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 800 m, railway station "Formia (Roma-Napoli)" 4 km, ferry "Isole Pontine" 4 km, thermal baths "Vescine" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Gaeta 12 km, Itri 13 km, Sperlonga 23 km, Cassino 36 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. You can also relax, because near On The Beach in Formia you can go to the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
