Marina resort is the ideal choice for those who wish to spend their vacation in symbiosis with the flow of river Tagliamento, waking up to the gentle sound of waves and filling eyes and souls with the stunning view of the green and blue colours of the lagoon. The resort is composed of 29 houseboats docked on the pier and of 59 houseboats safely docked along the banks of the river Tagliamento, easily accessible via wharfs made out of exotic wood. The pier is surrounded by a uniquely relaxing natural context, made even more appealing to the eye by the local aquatic plants which cover the pier in lagoon green.
Is located in the municipality of Lignano Sabbiadoro, on the left bank of the river Tagliamento, about 2 kms away from the outlet which acts as a natural border between the regions of Friuli Venezia Giulia and Veneto.

The resort expands on a 120,000 m2 surface, just a few steps away from Parco Zoo Punta Verde in Lignano Riviera, and only 2,500 m away from the beach and the city centres of Lignano Sabbiadoro and Bibione.
It is an exclusive tourist resort, entirely composed of houseboats, which draws inspiration from Dutch and Canadian floating villages. The guests may choose to stay either in the dry marina or in the marina resort. The former allows to be lodged on land, while the latter is on the water.

The houseboats in the water are docked along the banks of the river Tagliamento, and will give their guests the possibility to live on the water, while taking in the beautiful, relaxing landscape.

Services offered by the resort:
The park occupies an area of 450 m² of water and consists of a swimming pool for adults (130 cm deep), a children's pool with water games (20 to 50 cm deep) and a wellness area (90 cm deep).

In the wellness area the hydromassage will cuddle your body and give a pleasant feeling of relaxation; cervical fountains will release the tensions of the head, neck and shoulders and transport you to a parallel dimension.

The common green area is equipped with a multi-purpose synthetic court (five-a-side football, volleyball, basketball and tennis). An area where the youth can socialise and sports enthusiasts can practise all kinds of disciplines out in the open.

For the younger guests, we have a playground in the shade and theme slides.

There is an area equipped with a gazebo and barbecue to prepare a delicious lunch or a tasty grilled dinner.

All guests are entitled to free beach service (one beach umbrella and two sun beds for each houseboat) on the beach sectors of Lignano Riviera.

The houseboats in Marina Azzurra have a 6 x 10 m size, they are divided on two floors and can host up to 6 people. The total internal surface amounts to 65 m2, plus 18 m2 balcony. The entrance is located on the main deck, supplied with a 6.50 m2 balcony. On the inside is a small living room with a double convertible couch, one bedroom with king-size bed and wardrobe, one bedroom with twin beds, an ample bathroom with shower box and a closet. A stair leads to the upper deck, where you can find the living area composed of a dining room with kitchenette in glass-ceramics, completely equipped with accessories and dishes. The living area opens to a 12 m2 large balcony covered by an awning, the ideal spot to relax and enjoy your meals in the open, or where you can sunbathe or read a good book. All houseboats are equipped with state-of-the-art technology: sat TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
