General

The holiday home for 6 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washbasin.

The holiday home has a washing machine and a fridge-freezer.

Equipped and bright apartment on the ground floor of a building 210 meters from the seafront, close to the shops and the centre. Private fenced garden, living-dining room with sofa bed, kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor space with table and chairs, where you can relax or have breakfast. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, television, washing machine, an assigned parking space. One small-medium sized pet is welcome.

The Terme di Punta Marina are located between the green pine forest and the sea, just 5 km away. The Cervia Golf Club at 30km, the Equiland Center at 32km for horse riding, mini motorbikes or karts. A necessary visit is to the Po Delta Park, 46km away, which has territorial and ecological characteristics that make it unique in its kind. Lido Adriano is the ideal starting point for numerous excursions in the province of Ravenna. The province of Ravenna has its hub in one of the most beautiful cities in the world: Ravenna, in fact, which has captured the light of ancient Byzantium in the gold of its wonderful mosaics but also in Dante's tomb and historic buildings. Pleasant walks through the beautiful streets of the centre, dotted with boutiques and restaurants.

Ideal for a holiday by the sea, cycling along the paths in the pine forest, the relaxation of a holiday destination that has always been renowned and appreciated. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
