Located in the heart of Positano, the jewel of the Amalfi Coast, this charming property offers a tranquil retreat in a family-friendly area of the town center. Spanning 150 square meters, the residence comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.

Accessed via the picturesque narrow streets of Positano, the property is situated within a residential building. Upon ascending approximately 50 steps, you reach the entrance to the residence, which features a straightforward and functional layout. The pedestrian area where the property is located is approximately 1 kilometer from central Positano, providing convenient access to essential shops, services, and parking facilities. These include both a paid public car park and a private parking option available by reservation.

The residence is divided into two separate units: Barbera A, located on the upper level, and Barbera B, situated on the lower level.

BARBERA A:
The property welcomes guests with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a four-burner stove, sink, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, and all the utensils needed to showcase your culinary skills.

The house also includes a washing machine, safe, and iron. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony with a wrought-iron loveseat and, in the wider section, a table with chairs.

From the balcony, you can admire the stunning view of Positano, stretching from the mountains to the sea.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
The house has two spacious and bright bedrooms, equipped with A/C and heating, as well as two bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 3): Double bed, single sofa bed, bedside tables, two-door wardrobe, TV, French door to the balcony.
Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3): Double bed, single sofa bed, bedside tables, two-door wardrobe, TV, French door to the balcony.
Bathroom 1: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower, window, hairdryer.
Bathroom 2: Large sink, toilet, bidet, shower, window, hairdryer.

BARBERA B:
From the building's entrance, a staircase leads to the private terrace, which opens to the house. The terrace features built-in, beautifully tiled seating areas, an oval table for outdoor meals, and a sunbed for relaxing without heading to the beach.

The living room has a wall console with TV, a double sofa bed, and a dining table for four. A French door provides direct access to the terrace.

The adjacent kitchen includes a five-burner gas stove, double sink, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, citrus juicer, and other cooking utensils.

The house also has one bedroom and one bathroom.

The apartment, equipped with A/C and heating, includes:

Bedroom 1: Wrought-iron double bed, bedside tables, dresser, wardrobe, TV, loveseat, French door to the terrace.
Living Room: 1 double sofa bed.
Bathroom 1: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer.
Bathroom 2: Sink, toilet, bidet, shower. Access from the terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
