The spacious apartment is on a single floor, with several rooms opening onto a large balcony with views of the city. Situated on the 6th floor (lift access), this 6-person apartment is located in one of Europe's most vibrant city,, Napoli. Situated on the top floor of a modern building, this bright apartment has a large terrace with panoramic views of the Gulf of Naples. Although located in a quiet area, the apartment is only a 10 minute drive from the historic centre of Naples and 12 minutes from Capodimonte, home to palaces, museums and art galleries. Naples International Airport is just 11 minutes away and the Central Railway Station is a 12 minute drive.

The living room is naturally lit by French windows that open onto the balcony. It is furnished with armchairs, a sofa and a fireplace (currently not in use). The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle and coffee maker. A kitchen table is perfect for casual snacks.Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and a door opening onto the balcony.
Bedroom 2: This second bedroom has 2 single beds and a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This study bedroom has a sofa that converts into a double bed and French windows leading to the balcony.

Bathroom
The independent bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, bidet, basin and WC.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet only 10 minutes by car from the historic centre of Naples and 12 minutes from Capodimonte, with its palaces, museum and art gallery. Piazza del Plebiscito (21 minutes) and the Castello dell'Ovo (23 minutes) are also nearby and well worth a visit.

There are several excellent pizzerias and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. For those wishing to cook, supermarkets and grocery stores are only a 5 minute drive away. For an authentic Neapolitan experience, visit the Porta Nolano fish market (12 minutes) or the central market in Piazza del Mercato (14 minutes). Don't miss the UNESCO World Heritage sites of Herculaneum (25 minutes) and Pompeii (37 minutes by car), both within easy reach.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
