The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a barbecue, a boules court, a tennis court, a balcony, a table tennis table and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

This apartment is located in the tower and consists of two floors. You access the apartment through a private garden where you can also have your meals. From the balcony on the first floor you have a beautiful view of the beach and the sea.

The fantastic private sandy beach with the blue sea directly borders the communal wooded garden of the complex. The small complex consists of several apartments but offers enough space and privacy for all guests.
There is no entertainment but there are many things to do for young and old including bowling and table tennis. There are also hammocks overlooking the beach for your moments of relaxation.

In the surrounding area, there are many possibilities for excursions and the owner will update you on all cultural, sports and gastronomic trips.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
