Very beautiful cottage "Il Noceto", surrounded by trees and meadows. 3 km from the centre of Penne, 10 km from the centre of Loreto Aprutino, 30 km from the centre of Pescara, in a secluded position on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea. Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced), large, well-kept garden with trees, meadow, swimming pool fenced (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
