Facilities: washing machine (extra). Dryer (extra). 1 pet/ dog allowed.
Vista: Very cosy villa detached, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Annunziata 1.5 km from the centre of Città Sant' Angelo, 10 km from the centre of Pescara, 4 km from the centre of Montesilvano, on top of a hill, 6 km from the sea. For shared use: property 1'000 m2, well-kept garden lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: bicycles available (extra). Parking. Grocery 500 m, sandy beach "Silvi Marina" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Collegiata 2 km, Elice 14 km, Atri 22 km, Loreto Aprutino 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Airfield 19 km from the property.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
