The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. Cosy, rustic single-family house "Le Querce", surrounded by trees and meadows. 10 km from the centre of Atri, 22 km from the centre of Pineto, 20 km from the centre of Roseto degli Abruzzi, on a slope, 18 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 700 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, courtyard, swimming pool (above ground) (4.3 m diameter, depth 115 cm, seasonal availability: 30.May. - 12.Sep.). Outdoor shower, table tennis, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 150 m long bumpy motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 6 km, supermarket 10 km, railway station "Roseto degli Abruzzi" 22 km, sandy beach "Pineto" 20 km pebble beach "Scerne" 18 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Local sale of farm products. Basketball basket and dog pool available.

There is a lake/open water less than 18 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Casa Le Querce (PIT550) in Atri you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
