Also due to its quiet and sunny hillside location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and campfire site. Location Fonyód. The holiday apartement is located on a 3800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property. Special air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, high chair and iron. TV reception takes place via electric wire. Pool All pools are available for shared use. Payment terms and -periods

Once you receive the booking confirmation, you have to make a deposit equal to 25% of the total rental amount. You must pay the remaining balance six weeks before the arrival date you or during the key handover upon your arrival.

If you leave within six weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment, unless otherwise stated and the homeowner wishes to be paid online.
