The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heater, a heather, a radio and a TV. In addition there is a barbecue, a table tennis table, a garden, a roof terrace, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool and there are three terraces, two balconies and four air conditioners. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, three toilets, four showers and a bidet.

The holiday home has a freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, two fridges and a Internet connection (wireless).

Pelops villa Siga Siga is a large detached villa, built in 2007, on a plot of approximately 3000 m², partly planted with olive trees, between the villages of Kamaria and Evangelismos. The villa is located 1.8 km from the sea and 5 km from the picturesque coastal town of Finikounda. It is situated in a quiet rural area (in a setting with other detached houses situated on spacious plots), with unobstructed views of the valley, the sea and the islands off the coast.

The villa offers privacy, 3 floors, a total of 140 m² including 30 m² of covered balconies and has a luxurious private infinity pool 34m2 (1.45m deep). The pool offers an extra jet stream (counter-current swimming trainer) as well as a separate outdoor shower. In addition, there are several outdoor terraces to enjoy. The villa and its furnishings are in excellent condition.

A drinking water preparation device (Osmosis) has been installed so that clean drinking water is available for consumption. The house also has a large drinking water supply tank (4000 L) so that an interruption in the water supply can be compensated for. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans.

Around the villa, terraces of natural stone have been constructed at various heights so that you can enjoy the wonderful Greek climate, the peaceful surroundings and the view at any time of the day. The balcony on the top floor offers a magnificent view of the sea and the valley.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
