Spanning two levels, Villa Zenas offers a beautifully furnished living space with 4 en-suite bedrooms in the main house, plus 2 independent guest houses with an additional 3 bedrooms.
The ground floor features an open-plan lounge and dining area with breathtaking sea views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest WC. The lounge opens directly onto a shaded pergola with comfortable lounging and dining areas, ideal for enjoying the tranquil surroundings. On the upper level, you’ll find the inviting swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a spacious chill-out corner, offering the perfect spot to escape the midday sun while soaking in the panoramic views.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
