The holiday home for 24 persons has eight bathrooms and eight bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds, a triple bunk bed and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless) and three televisions. In addition there is a garden and a terrace and there are eight air conditioners, two patios and three swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a bath with shower, nine showers, seven toilets and seven washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a stovetop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and an oven.

This impressive villa consists of a 3-story main house with 3 bedrooms and 2 adjacent buildings, featuring 5 additional bedrooms with separate entrances, accommodating up to 24 guests.

Every room offers spectacular views over the Aegean Sea, with vistas extending to Siros, Serifos, Sifnos, Paros, Naxos, and the islands of Delos and Rinia. The villa's expansive outdoor areas provide numerous spaces for socialising, with several private corners for relaxation, ideal for sunbathing or reading. The large garden offers plenty of room for children to play, while the huge infinity pool sparkles invitingly.

The villa’s outdoor spaces are truly exceptional, with the highlight being the large outdoor kitchen located on the lower garden terrace. Fully equipped with a barbecue, fireplace, and a spacious dining area and bar, this area is perfect for entertaining. Additionally, a smaller outdoor dining area with its own fireplace and stunning sea views can be found on the upper terrace.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
