The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and a double bed or two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, a fireplace and two stereos (wireless). In addition there is a terrace, a balcony, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a swimming pool and there are four balconies or terraces and five air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five washbasins, five toilets, six showers and a hairdryer.

This prime location provides both tranquility and accessibility, making it perfect for exploring the island's rich offerings, including beaches and cultural sites.

Inside, the villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machines, catering to all culinary needs. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
