General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a heather, a heater and a fireplace. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a bar, a set of garden furniture, a balcony, a swimming pool and a patio and there are six air conditioners, four balconies or terraces and two gardens. You can park your car under a carport. The badroom is equipped with four showers, three washbasins, four toilets, a hairdryer and a bath or shower.

The holiday home has a fridge, a fridge-freezer, two washing machines, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two dishwashers, a coffee maker, an oven, a stove and two microwaves.

Villa Olympos is an exclusive newly built villa providing comfort and luxury in a private environment. Built with natural materials it has a mountain view at the back and 180 ° sea views at the front.
The property is centrally located between the city of Rhodes (23 km) and Lindos town (29 km). Shops and restaurants are within 5 min. by car, as are the many beautiful beaches. The Faliraki nightlife is at 13 km, with also the largest water park in Europe. From the terrace runs the light blue waters of the infinity pool over into the azure waters of the sea.

All sliding doors downstairs and upstairs have insect screens. All bedrooms have new beds with box spring mattresses, new linens and duvets/pillows. Each bedroom has its own spacious terrace with sea views. 2 Double bedrooms and 2 twins.

The villa provides a 8x4 pool. Furniture enjoy each terrace. The loungers, parasols and several lounge chairs complete the picture. Outdoor shower with outside toilet, outside lighting and pool lighting.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
