Completely renovated and expanded holiday complex in 2019 in the middle of a beautifully overgrown garden with a swimming pool and a wonderful sea view. The sandy beach of Gerakini, just 300 m away, can be easily reached via an underpass. A daily breakfast is included in the rental price! In the hotel's own restaurant you can dine comfortably and enjoy the sunset with a cool drink.
Breakfast is buffet style, dinner (with half board), as well as lunch and dinner (with full board) are served (no buffet, dinner includes: 1st course, 2nd course, salad + dessert per person).
The center of Gerakini with shops, taverns and bars is just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks to the central location, all three peninsulas are easy to reach.
In the completely renovated "AGGELIKI" building, the apartment is on the ground floor with a view of the communal pool. From the terrace you have direct access to the beautiful garden.
The apartment consists of a kitchen with a seating area, a bathroom with shower, a living room with two sofa beds and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a sliding door, but you have direct access to both rooms from the hallway. Both the bedroom and the living room have individually adjustable air conditioning and satellite TV.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
