General

The holiday home for 13 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds and a single bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a stereo (wireless), a fireplace and eight televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace and a patio and there are four balconies or terraces, eight air conditioners and two swimming pools. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, six hairdryers and six washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

A shaded veranda, with wooden rafters, features an al-fresco dining table for 12, providing the perfect spot for meals or sunset views under the stars. Inside, the villa boasts the characteristic charm of Mykonos with high ceilings, pale wooden rafters, and whitewashed walls, complemented by polished cement floors and modern amenities. The spacious living area overlooks the pool and sea, while the kitchen blends glossy white units with natural wood, offering a cozy breakfast nook for eight. The guest accommodations are spread between the main house and a luxurious master suite in the guest house, all featuring dreamy white linens and light-filled rooms. It also includes a hot tub, plunge pool, and a fully equipped gym with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the spectacular views.

Extra costs apply for daily linen and towel changes, turn down service, laundry and ironing, shopping services, and pool heating. Daily housekeeping is included, with linens changed every three days and towels changed every two days.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
