This is a newly built villa, using traditional materials. View windows and conservatories is unique, overlooking the White Mountains, the Cretan Sea and wild oak trees. 5 km from the historic town of Rethymnon, combining the tranquility of the Cretan countryside with the vitality of Rethymnon's historical and cultural interest.
Prines is a traditional Cretan village (200m above sea level), and which combines authentic architectural elements of its Arabic, Venetian and Ottoman history. You can bike, hike, through the Cretan wild flora and all sports nautiques.
Also visit ancient monasteries, churches, castles, caves and gorges crossed with wild flowers unique indigenous (Kourtaliotiko neck, Imbros gorge, Prassiano gorge etc..), or listen to traditional music and dance the dances in local festivals in summer. Available 12 months a year. In winter it can be rented, special prices.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
