The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a fireplace. In addition there is a garden, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, an air conditioner, a swimming pool, a barbecue and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, four washbasins, four showers and a hairdryer.

This villa is a beautiful, spacious property located in a peaceful rural setting, just a short walk from the charming village of Lampini and around 4 km from Spili. With accommodations for up to 12 guests, this villa is perfect for large families or groups of friends. The property includes a main building with both a ground and upper floor, as well as a separate apartment offering additional privacy. Inside, the villa is equipped with all modern amenities, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a cozy fireplace, and a TV with satellite channels. A private swimming pool, garden furniture, and barbecue area provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor relaxation and enjoyment.

The main building features three comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two twin beds. The separate apartment includes two more bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds—along with a kitchenette, living area, and a separate bathroom. This versatile layout allows for a comfortable stay for smaller groups in the main building or larger groups by using the entire villa, including the apartment.

Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, Villa Rozare is ideally situated near local amenities, including a tavern and restaurant just 700 meters away. The city of Spili, with shops and a supermarket, is a short drive from the property, and the beautiful Skinaria Beach is only 18 km away. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a self-catering stay, such as a refrigerator, microwave, oven, and dishwasher.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
