The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a DVD player, a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a pond and there are five air conditioners. You can park your car on two parking lots. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three washbasins and three toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a convection microwave and a dishwasher.

This is a traditional Greek property with stone houses built around a courtyard with exotic tall trees. The holiday home can accommodate eight people and has a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a pond and a separate barbecue area in the corner of the garden. The house is 200 years old and has been stylishly renovated. Through the garden and a staircase you reach a separate studio. The large garden is a little paradise where you can relax on sun loungers and under parasols.

The home is located on a mountain in the village of Giannoudi with only 20 inhabitants. The nearest town is Rethymno at 4.5 km. The beautiful sandy beach, several shops and many tavernas are only 2.5 km from the village and the villa.

The barbecue area has a large covered seating area where you can eat whatever the weather. The large house is ideal for a large family or several families who want to spend a dream vacation together.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
