The home is situated outside the village of Agia Triada and the location offers beautiful panoramic views over the surroundings. The nearest beach can be found at 5km, only 8 minutes by car. The house is situated at ca. 12km from the lively town of Rethymon. The town has a long boulevard with modern cafes and bars. You can enjoy the most delicious fish and seafood at the beautiful old harbour. Rethymnon has supervised beaches with a coast line of more than 20 km stretching east and west. This holiday home is also a good starting point to discover the beautiful island of Crete.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
