The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather, a radio, a CD player, a TV and a stereo. In addition there is a swimming pool, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden, a barbecue and a patio and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a hairdryer, a toilet, a washbasin and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, two washing machines and a Internet connection (wireless).

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a coffee maker, two dishwashers, an oven and a stove.

The gardens are landscaped and the terraces have sunbeds and hammocks. From the terrace, you have a sea view and olive gardens. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. You have to take the waste away yourself, by sorting it in various containers found along the road. You will have your own parking space. Parties are allowed.

Both the airports of Heraklion and Chania are 70 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
