The holiday home for 13 persons has three bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds, two double beds, a single sofa bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, two CD players and two DVD players. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a balcony or terrace, a swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a patio and a barbecue and there are six air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three washbasins, three baths with showers and a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, two fridge-freezers, a garage and a Internet connection (wireless).

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, a dishwasher, two stoves, two microwaves and two coffee makers.

This countryside villa is in the Adele region of Crete in Greece. The villas, Manolis (8 p.), Eleni (5 p.), built on five acres of private olive grove at a good distance from each other with a large swimming pool and a stucco for children, together accommodate up to 12-15 people, ideal for large groups or 2-3 families. You can rent the villas together and benefit from holidays with friends and your own private villa. The view from the traditional villa is already fascinating, to us is the largest olive grove of Crete and the Psiloritis, the highest mountain on the island. The villas are located in the village of Adele, among the olive trees and other fruit trees, 8 km from Rethymno.
Beach in Adelianos Kampos, only 1.5 km long sandy beach with shallow water, a perfectly organized tourist seaside resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants and water sports.
Rethymno is the third largest city of Crete and combines everything a visitor wants, beautiful beaches, unique Psiloritis mountains, breathtaking gorges, the famous old town that combines the Venetian period with modern rhythm of life and the Fortezza.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
