General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a CD player, a radio, a DVD player, a TV and a heater. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, an air conditioner and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three baths, two showers, a steam shower and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a microwave and an oven.

The stylish villas with private pool were extensively renovated in 2017 and have luxurious interiors for high demands. On the furnished terrace you can end the day wonderfully with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful view. A hotel shuttle bus takes you to the private beach club (approx. 10 minutes away). Several restaurants and bars as well as a large communal pool and a wellness center round off the offer. A daily breakfast buffet is included in the price.

The small fishing village of Elounda has a picturesque harbor. There are taverns, cafes and several excursion boats that offer day trips to the former leper island of Spinalonga. You can also marvel at the traditional stone windmills all the way to Alykes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
