Upper floor: 1 open room 16 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Gas heating. Terrace 15 m2, patio 20 m2. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm. Wooden ceilings in all rooms. Ironing board available. The balcony is covered.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
