Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

Bungalow "Wagner". In the district of Fischbach/Rhön, 3.5 km from the centre of Kaltennordheim. For shared use: property 1'100 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees, meadow, parking at the house. Shop 3.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 5 km. Ski lift 33 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Schönsee 16 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
