The holiday home for 29 persons has five bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with 19 single beds and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three televisions, a heather, two fireplaces, three radios and three stereos. In addition there is a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a garden, a barbecue, a bicycle parking and a football table. You can park your car on six parking lots. The badroom is equipped with three showers, five toilets, two baths and five washbasins.

This spacious holiday home is located in the municipality of Friedrichshöhe. It consists of a semi-detached house and a granny flat in the basement. The two halves of the house can be easily connected to one another by means of a sliding wooden wall in the living area. For this reason, the house is ideal for a group or several families. You can spend your holiday together while also enjoying your own, private living area. Friedrichshöhe is located directly on the "Rennsteig" ridge trail within the Thuringian Forest, also known as the "Green Heart" because of its central location in Germany. The place was once the smallest community in the GDR and has now been turned into the "Thuringian Forest" nature park, therefore being spared from hotels and tourist facilities. Here you will find rest and relaxation in a fantastic, unique and natural environment. You can enjoy the stunning, almost unspoiled nature here in both summer and winter. Well-marked hiking trails are sure to excite any nature lover. Cyclists will also find a wide range of appealing routes, such as the Werra cycle path. In winter, well-groomed cross-country ski trails, groomed slopes, ski hiking trails and toboggan slopes round off the list of attractive activities. Excursions in the area include: Eisfeld Castle with museum, Veste Coburg, ruins of Schaumburg, Lauscha, Masserberg, Lichtenhain/mountain railway.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
