The holiday home for 20 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and 18 single beds. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions, two radios, two fireplaces, a heather and two stereos. In addition there is a garden, a football table, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a bicycle parking and a barbecue. You can park your car on six parking lots. The badroom is equipped with two baths, two showers, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and two fridges.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two coffee makers and two stoves.

This spacious holiday home is located in the municipality of Friedrichshöhe, a district of Eisfeld. The home is a semi-detached house with two identical residential units. For this reason, the house is ideal for a group or several families. You can spend your holiday together while also enjoying your own, private living area. Two wood-burning stoves create a pleasant atmosphere in the large living-dining room. Here you can eat together, play or simply take some time away from your holiday to relax. In the basement of the house there is a separate and independent granny flat, which can also be booked if required. Friedrichshöhe is located directly on the "Rennsteig" ridge trail within the Thuringian Forest, also known as the "Green Heart" because of its central location in Germany. The place was once the smallest community in the GDR and has now been turned into the "Thuringian Forest" nature park, therefore being spared from hotels and tourist facilities. Here you will find rest and relaxation in a fantastic, unique and natural environment. You can enjoy the stunning, almost unspoiled nature here in both summer and winter. Well-marked hiking trails are sure to excite any nature lover. Cyclists will also find a wide range of appealing routes, such as the Werra cycle path. In winter, well-groomed cross-country ski trails, groomed slopes, ski hiking trails and toboggan slopes round off the list of attractive activities. Excursions in the area include: Eisfeld Castle with museum, Veste Coburg, ruins of Schaumburg, Lauscha, Masserberg, Lichtenhain/mountain railway.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
