The house is situated near the forest and away from traffic and the hectic rush of everyday life. Enjoy the comfort and amenities of this ground floor flat with a private entrance. The apartment comes with a secure parking spot directly in front of your accommodation. In the wintertime, Dessbach is great for skiing. Several kilometres of prepared cross country skiing trails loop around the village. In the summer, hiking tours are ideal to explore the beautiful Thuringian countryside with its spruce forests. Your holiday resort is conveniently located for numerous excursion destinations and therefore very varied with lots of options. The classic German city of Weimar and the state capital Erfurt are worth visiting. The homeowner will gladly give you excursion tips, detailed information and offers shopping assistance.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
