This Scandinavian-style holiday home, located in the beautiful Holiday Vital Resort in Großenbrode, is ideal for families or multi-generational groups. The house features a spacious master bedroom adjacent to a large bathroom with a whirlpool, sauna, and shower. Two smaller bedrooms are located on the opposite side, close to a second bathroom with a shower. The home accommodates up to 6 people comfortably, and a cozy alcove in the living room is especially popular with children and teenagers. The living room, with its comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, offers a perfect setting for family relaxation, while the wood stove adds to the inviting atmosphere. Guests also have access to a partially covered terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or lounging. Pets are welcome.

The location of the holiday home is perfect for enjoying the natural beauty of the region. The property is just 500 to 800 meters from the coast, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. It is situated in a quiet area, but within close proximity to a sports field where children can play football, tennis, and basketball. The resort also offers a sports hall, which guests can use for free to enjoy badminton and various ball sports. For convenience, a supermarket is located next to the service office.

Inside, the home features an open-plan kitchen with modern amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, such as a toaster, kettle, and juicer, for preparing meals. The resort offers five electric car charging stations.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
