The holiday home "Strandfrieden", located in the Flensburg district of Fahrensodde,
offers plenty of space for your Baltic Sea holiday on 120 m² over two floors. The house
is characterized by a breathtaking panoramic view over the sailing harbor
and the fjord as well as by first-class, modern furnishings. From the
living room with an open kitchen you can enjoy this fantastic view
over the garden, sailing harbor and the water of the fjord. The two
bedrooms are on the ground floor. One bedroom has a
double bed, the other has two single beds. The bathroom is also on the ground floor and has a shower and a bathtub. The lovingly
landscaped garden of the house with two terraces invites you to linger: Here you can enjoy nature and the fresh Baltic Sea air and marvel at the sailing ships passing by. Here you can unwind, find peace and simply spend a wonderful holiday. You can reach two Flensburg beaches within walking distance: the small beach west of the sailing harbor and, in about 1.5 km, the beautiful Solitüde beach with white sand and a great view of the Danish mainland opposite. The city center of Flensburg is 6 km away and invites you to go on an extensive shopping tour and to visit nice restaurants. You can also take great walks and bike rides in the area, for example on the Danish island of Als. The house is on a hillside and there are about 60 steps leading up to the front door. Because there is no parking space for the house and the nearest parking space is about 300 meters away, you must be prepared to carry your luggage from the parking lot up to the house. However, this is rewarded with the wonderful panoramic view and plenty of peace and quiet - you will see, it is worth it!

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
