With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the "Fjord-Koje 5" at the Pioneer Harbor Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The modern holiday apartment offers a spacious living/dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on 74 m². From your balcony you have a fantastic view of the Schlei.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the Smart TV. In one bedroom there is a double bed (180x200) and in the other two single beds (90x200). Here you will find your well-deserved sleep.

On the balcony you can relax and end your vacation days in the beach chair on warm evenings and organize barbecue evenings with the whole family thanks to the electric grill. You have your own parking space directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle room. On the ground floor there is a washing machine for shared use free of charge.

At Pionierhafen, sustainability is important, which is why 77% of the energy is obtained from geothermal energy. The holiday apartment is part of the newly built area at Pionierhafen. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
