With a direct view of the water and in a unique location directly on the Schlei, the "Fjord-Koje 3" at the Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation. The modern holiday apartment offers a spacious living area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on 71 m² and a balcony with a fantastic view of the Schlei.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and in the living room you can end your vacation days on the sofa in front of the smart TV. In both bedrooms you will find your well-deserved sleep in double beds (180x200). On the balcony you can relax and end your vacation days on mild evenings.

You have your own parking space directly in front of the house. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle room. On the ground floor there is a washing machine for shared use free of charge. The Pionierhafen places great value on sustainability, which is why 77% of the energy is obtained from geothermal energy. The holiday apartment is part of the newly built area at the Pionierhafen. There may still be some construction work in the area. We will be happy to inform you about the current status. Some of the photos are sample images of identical apartments. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
